When ready to bake, top with cheese and tater tots and bake as directed in the recipe. Just spread it in the casserole dish, let cool for 15 minutes, then cover and refrigerate. Make ahead: You can make the filling up to 3 days ahead. I like to let the casserole sit on the counter for 5 minutes before scooping it to serve – that way the juices can settle a little and it’s easier to get it out of the dish in one piece. Return to the oven for 5-5 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly. At this point, the tater tots should be golden and the filling bubbling up around the edges.Īdd more cheese on top, and also sprinkle on some more bacon. Then bake the casserole in the hot oven for 35 minutes. I’ll be honest, I don’t always layer the tater tots so neatly… Sometimes you just have to throw them on there and call it a day, but it does look much nicer with them arranged like this. Finally, add the tater tots on top of the cheese. Then, top the hamburger mixture with shredded cheese. Make sure to push it down a little so you have a flat surface and an even layer in the dish. Transfer this mixture to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish. Then all you have to do is stir the other filling ingredients right into the pan. Just break up the beef well to crumble it as it cooks. The only pre-cooking you have to do for this casserole is browning the beef and onion. Cheese: I like to go for a cheddar blend for this casserole, but you could also do all cheddar or a cheddar/mozzarella blend.A few tablespoons of pickle relish are a good alternative if that’s all you have on hand! I live for warm pickles on a burger □ so for a real cheeseburger flavor, I want pickles in there. Pickles: You can leave these out if you’re not a fan, but there’s no way I can make this casserole without pickles at our house.Or with half ground beef and half ground pork. I have also made it with half beef, half ground sausage before. Feel free to use lean or extra lean, or even ground turkey. Beef: I use cheaper, fattier ground beef for this casserole and just drain off the grease after browning the beef. Ingredients in Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole: Ground beef, diced onion, diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, bacon, garlic & onion powder, seasoning salt, shredded cheese and tater tots. This is just an overview of the ingredients needed – scroll to the recipe card at the bottom for exact quantities and instructions. Add bacon, hamburger, pickles and lots of cheese… Well, let’s just say this one is a recipe for the regular rotation! Ingredients you’ll need And no nerves for whining about the food when you sit down for you meal □Ī Tater Tot Casserole is always a good way to make sure everybody is happy with dinner at our house. This Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole is so quick and easy to put together – then you just have to put it in the oven and dinner is ready in a snap! Made with ground beef/hamburger meat, ketchup, onion, pickles, bacon, tater tots and lots of cheese! Nearly every one of his vases offers something new. Inscriptions not only identify figures, but are an integral part of the composition. His figures have enormous dignity, often expressing sensitive emotions in a restrained manner bold gestures are kept to a minimum movements are never exaggerated tragic situations are more poignant by being understated. They are the intrinsic characteristics of Exekias’s work that not only define his style, but also establish his artistic personality. Meticulously incised line combined with restrained use of accessory red and white creates a perfect balance between texture, glaze and color. 1 Exekias’s sensitivity to shapes and the ornaments and compositions that decorate them is particularly laudable. He also produced two sets of handsome funerary plaques, which are not part of this study. As a potter, he was instrumental in developing and perfecting the amphora Type A, the eye cup, and the variant of neck-amphora that became standard in the last decades of the sixth century B. Mackay examined first hand all but two of the 30 extant vases that comprise the work of Exekias two others, known today only from photographs, bring the total to 32.Įxekias was not a prolific artist, but his achievement in the Attic black-figured technique is rivaled only by that of Kleitias, Nearchos and the Amasis Painter. Her new book has had a long gestation but it was well worth the wait. Anne Mackay’s interest in Exekias began with her 1982 dissertation, Exekias: A Chronology of His Potting and Painting, and the painter has been a friendly presence in her life ever since. Since we are asked which answer choice is closest to 7^8 – 2^6, it’s pretty obvious that the answer is 7^8, which is choice B. Thus, when we subtract 2^6 from the very large number 7^8, the answer is still very close to 7^8. We know that 7^8 is a relatively large number, and 2^6 is a relatively small number. Luckily, there is a much easier way to choose the correct answer. Solving this problem by using the online GRE calculator would be a nightmare! It would take an inordinate amount of time just to make the keystrokes on the GRE calculator in order to evaluate the question asked, let alone to evaluate the answer choices. So, as we can see, when we are asked to perform simple multiplication, simple addition, simple division, and a square root of a perfect square, we want to avoid using the calculator. Let’s look at a few instances when we should not use the calculator. So, as we can see, when we are asked to perform division with decimals, multiplication of large numbers, the square root of non-perfect squares, or large exponents, it’s a good time to use the calculator. Let’s look at some situations for which calculator use is or is not optimal, starting with when to use a calculator. One thing to keep in mind is that, although the calculator can save you time when you’re dealing with somewhat lengthy calculations, you need to ensure that you do not become reliant on it for simple calculations that you can perform using your mental math skills. Here are some shortcuts you can use from your keyboard:Īdditionally, you will want to become familiar with the PEMDAS order of operations and practice some problems, such as 6 + 5/11 + 3 versus (6 + 5)/11 + 3, noting that parentheses are sometimes necessary to obtain the correct answer. The mouse clicks needed for some computations can be replaced by computer keyboard strokes, saving you considerable time. Drag and drop the on-screen calculator to an unobtrusive region of the computer screen before using it.Īs you are learning the on-screen calculator, practice using your computer keyboard in conjunction with the on-screen calculator to speed up your operations. An Eternalist will be right inside on the right, so take them out quietly then keep moving forward. You'll hear a massive boom inside, but ignore it for now. This is tricky, though - you can see the maneuver done in the speed run video below: You basically have to startle her to get her into the exact position, and then a single shot does it. There's also an extreme sneaky way to shoot Harriet from the rooftops, through an open crack in a skylight. Loot her remains before you go, then make your way back to the exit. Another way is to explode the gas below and shift over to the plane, then lop a grenade or two into the window as Harriet comes running to investigate the noise. Then, use Nexus on the two Eternalists behind her and shoot them with a silenced weapon, then sneak up on her and take her down with your machete. One such way is to Shift through the lasermines in her office, head through the back door, and down the stairs. Make your way over to Harriet in hangar 2 and kill her however you see fit. Once you've done that, head back through the hole and up the stairs in the hangar. Punch in the code to head in and sabotage Frank's fireworks. Crouch and head through here, which will lead you right to Otto's Workshop. In the first hangar, before you head up the stairs, there's a hole in the wall on the left. As you make your way over to hangar 2 for Harriet, though, you can quickly reach Frank's fireworks and check those off your list first. Both Harriet and Frank's fireworks can be dealt with in the morning in Karl's Bay. In the Project view Alt+1, select the directory where you want to create a new RBS file. How to find KML geo-datasets to ‘drag’ into Google Earth Proįinding KMLs to add geospatial awareness to your Google Earth is quite simple. The important question is, how can you find more of them, tailored to your specific need or investigation. KML, or Keyhole Markup Language, is a spreadsheet annotation for geographic-based data. So where did I get those external packets of data that popped up on Uluru? They are external KML and KMZ files. Much more than what we would have had we been relying solely on Google Earth’s in-built features. So what if we layer that with information not generally available in Google Earth Pro, such as an open source database of geotagged locations, Google Maps labels and publicly available GPS data? Let’s take a look in the image below.Īs you can see, we get more information appearing on the map. These could be labels, images and other formats of data.įor open source investigators, researchers and curious minds, this is useful as it gives us an understand of what Uluru looks like on the ground from photos. I am going run through that in this post, as well as provide a list of files to add to your Google Earth Pro to increase your geospatial awareness and how to find more of them. I have found these useful in conflict analysis and routine geolocation work as they boost what information is achievable with the Google Earth Pro platform. This post is a list of geospatial datasets to drag into Google Earth Pro, such as NASA daily fires and Wikimapia. Overall, this has simplified archiving, enabled remote diagnosis, and accelerated both clinical decision-making and research investigations 11.Īpplication of quantitative WSI analysis pipelines requires access to uniformly processed and well-characterized tissue biobanks. WSI data provides a rich resource for quantitative and qualitative image analysis and has been a focus of digital pathology 10. These features can now be easily captured from stained tissue sections and digitized as high-resolution Whole Slide Images (WSI). For example, in pre-clinical models of atherosclerosis, the amount of smooth muscle content and collagen extracellular matrix in the plaque often correlates with greater plaque stability 8. While histology-based assessment of cancer and other diseases is often required for clinical diagnosis, histological analysis of atherosclerosis can reveal the extent of disease progression as well as underlying etiology. However, the value of atherosclerotic plaque composition in predicting cardiovascular events remains a subject of debate and ongoing research 7– 9. For instance, more stable, fibrous-rich atheroma plaques are typically asymptomatic, whereas unstable, thin-cap fibroatheroma plaques are more prone to rupture and thrombus formation underlying cerebral or coronary events 5, 6. The composition of atherosclerotic plaques is highly variable, with different plaque types having distinct clinical manifestations 3, 7. Historically, researchers and pathologists have characterized atherosclerotic plaque through standard histology and light microscopy analysis 3– 6. Using a 10-fold cross-validation scheme, splitting the dataset randomly into 70/30, a trained Gradient Boosted Regression Trees classifier yielded an accuracy of 95% when differentiating DCIS and non- DCIS, and 91%, 88%, and 94% when identifying low moderate, and high-grade DCIS. The method was evaluated using 1102 fields of view of 1024x1024 at 40x extracted from 28 different cases (non-DCIS =400, low grade DCIS=106, moderate grade=251, and high grade=345). In addition, this method can differentiate the DCIS grade (low, moderate, or high). This information is then used to classify each image as DCSI or non-DCIS. This work introduces an automatic method that exploits three scales of information to characterize breast histopathology images with DCIS: 1) local information, obtained from each nucleus itself (size, shape, color, texture, etc.), 2) regional information, extracted from the nuclei surrounding the nucleus (nuclei density, variance of neighbors, etc.), and 3) global information, computed from the grade of grouping of image nuclei. In consequence, discrimination between DCIS and other breast lesions is challenging because of the high interobserver variability. Unfortunately, DCIS comprises a heterogeneous group of lesions with highly variable morphology, biomarker expression, genomic profile, and natural progression. Although DCIS is not lifethreatening, this is an early cancer stage with a high risk of developing actual invasive breast cancer. Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) is the most common noninvasive breast cancer type. |
